A Night Unlike Any Other
Volunteering at Night to Shine Cabot is unlike anything else in our community. This one-of-a-kind event, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, gives you the chance to be part of a worldwide movement that celebrates the worth and value of individuals with special needs. From cheering on the red carpet to dancing the night away, every volunteer helps create an atmosphere of love, dignity, and joy. It’s more than volunteering—it’s a night where you get to see lives changed, including your own, as we honor our Kings and Queens.
Volunteer Roles & Opportunities
Buddy Team
We are excited to welcome up to 200 honored guests to NTS 2026! Each guest will be paired with a buddy for the evening (one-to-one), which makes this our most important volunteer need—and one of the most meaningful ways to serve. If you have any limitations that may make it difficult to serve in this role, please let us know on your volunteer registration. We will gladly place you in another area where your time and gifts can bless our guests and accommodate your individual needs.
What you’ll do as a buddy: Be paired one-on-one with an Honored Guest to accompany them throughout the evening, ensuring they feel comfortable and celebrated.
Best fit for: Friendly, patient, and compassionate volunteers who enjoy building personal connections.

All of our volunteers make a real difference at Night to Shine. Each honored guest is paired with a one-on-one buddy who ensures their evening is unforgettable. Over the years, many buddies have returned, hoping to be partnered with the same guest from a previous year. These reunions often turn into lifelong friendships, showing how a volunteer’s time and care can truly transform someone’s experience and leave a lasting impact on both the guest and the volunteer.

All volunteers complete a thorough training video that covers their roles and responsibilities, and on the night of the event, we do a quick review of everything before our guests arrive. This combination of preparation and refresher ensures every volunteer knows what to expect and can fully focus on making the evening special.
